Breath & Body School is my latest endeavor! It is the branch of my business where I provide education for those who want to be teachers, healers, and facilitators of all kinds.
Our mission is not solely to provide quick training and a certificate, but to personally guide you through a transformative self-reflective experience.
Our desire is to help you embody your knowledge which will more fully support you in your life and career as a healing practitioner.

"Body-Connected Breathwork" Facilitator Certification

The cost is $3500 and includes the events and experiences of the weekend retreat (travel and accommodations not include).

"Body-Connected Yoga" Instructor Certification
A 4 month certification that includes an optional in-person weekend retreat in Bear Lake, UT. Our next training begins August 6 - December 22, 2024.
